Life & Leisure offers a service to property owners to become part of the Life & Leisure concept by handing their property over for management. They will share in the returns according to a documented formula which will be paid monthly. Life & Leisure will create an alternative for owners of properties by adding hospitality functions such as reception, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, etc. in order to gain access to the tourist market. |

| 1. Billing & collections • Distribution of monthly statements • The following payment facilities are available to guests: debit orders, electronic banking, direct deposits, credit card facilities. • We have a strict credit control policy for outstanding money • We receive monthly updates from our accountant 2. Disbursements • We do electronic payments to all our approved creditors • We do electronic payments to all our owners on the 15th of a month 3. Financial Management • We report on a monthly base to our owners • Preparation of all annual documents as required by the appointed auditors 4. Advisory Service • We will keep the owners advised of damages, replacements, upgrading 5. Statutory Records • We maintain and keep records of all accounts, bookings 6. Maintenance Administration • Should we receive a complaint in writing via e-mail or hand delivered we will attend to it immediately • Management of: • security systems • waste removal • check if maintenance has been done • ensuring that all environmental prescriptions are met • electrical services • garden maintenance • cleaning services • code of conduct for Tenants 7. Take-on Checklist upon take over we do the following • Assessment of fire fighting equipment • Full itinerary • Signed contract 8. Additional Advisory and Support Services • Recruit contractors as required • Attend to enquiries and complaints of owners • Enforce House and Conduct rules 9. Property Solutions Life & Leisure Properties offers a wide range of services to owners of apartments and Villas and provides the following: • Planning, assistance and advice • Liaison with Local Authorities • Project Management • Construction oversight • Completion of Properties in distress • Interior decorating from planning to completion |
